Payroll Administrator Location: Express Employment Professionals Clinton OK 73601 Job Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18-$20hourly depending on experience Work Schedule: Monday- Friday Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated candidate for a position as an Payroll Admin. in the Clinton area for a pipeline construction business. Duties include, but not limited to: Payroll related inquires Gather daily job site reports, and input data into spreadsheets Generate payroll reports for management Maintain payroll software Process and onboard new hire information in payroll system Scanning and maintaining electronic filing for payroll reports Regularly attend safety meetings Gather all credit card receipts, record transactions in QuickBooks, and perform a thorough audits Responsible for maintaining company compliance with third party regulatory and compliance Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in payroll administration or a related field Solid organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong Analytical and problem solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Attention to Detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy Bilingual preferred Experience with Quick books preferred Benefits: Weekly Pay Direct Deposit Holiday Pay (6 days observed) Medical Plan Come Join our team! #1965OK
