This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values professionalism, and is passionate about property management. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Set and adjust rent schedules appropriately Perform basic accounting and financial tracking for properties Support leasing specialist and accountant as needed Ensure the property portfolio is managed with integrity and responsibility Qualifications Active Oregon Property Manager License (Required) Working knowledge of AppFolio (Preferred) Foundational computer skills (Microsoft Word, email, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and diplomatic High school diploma or equivalent Work Environment & Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods Daily use of computer systems (Word, AppFolio) Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel If you're ready to take the next step in your property management career, we’d love to hear from you.
