Customer Engagement Specialist- $16 Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist for a local business in Sevierville, TN. Customer Engagement Specialist Responsibilities: Answer and handle incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate team member if applicable. Monitor and follow up on incoming email communication in a timely manner. Perform needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services. Complete the sales process and respond to various lead generators quickly and efficiently. Maintain company records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using approved company policies and procedures Customer Engagement Specialist Qualifications: Must be self-motivated and disciplined. Must be outgoing and friendly Proficient level computer skills to include Microsoft Office products. Proficiency in the use of QuickBooks software a plus. 1-3 years of front-facing customer service or sales experience. Customer Engagement Specialist Shift: M-F / 8 AM- 5 PM.
