As our Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting Weapons System Infrastructure and Capabilities Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive Military Construction schedules and supporting the FBM Capability Definition and Solutions PMs to develop program plans and schedules. In this role, you will... u2022 Support the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products u2022 Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS) u2022 Identify Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions u2022 Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. u2022 Be responsible for meeting Earned Value Management requirements for some supplemental schedules u2022 Communicate IMS performance and health metrics, report on major milestones, and integrate with planners across the Program to build and understand interdependencies amongst schedules Our level 2 employees typically have 3 - 6 years of experience. #LockheedMartinSpacePME Basic Qualifications: u2022 2-3 years of prior planning/scheduling experience (e.g. prior aerospace/defense program planning, construction planning, educational planning, operational planning, logistical planning, business planning, event planning, etc.) u2022 Planning experience, use of scheduling tool(s) u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) u2022 Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret government security clearance Desired Skills: u2022 Bachelors degree preferred u2022 Active Secret security clearance u2022 Experienced in discrete planning u2022 Knowledgeable in Project Management basics u2022 Milestones Pro or One Pager experience u2022 Open Plan or Microsoft Project software experience u2022 Proficient communication skills - - - To promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin encourages big-picture thinking. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
