PM role for DCY in Ohio. This is a 2-year contract with DCY, this PM should have extensive experience delivering to related projects. Someone who can provide leadership and ownership on these initiatives. I am open to candidates who are willing to fly in MAYBE once a quarter for a brief visit, but for the MOST part this role is remote. Ohio Department of Children & Youth u2013 (PM) Salesforce Marketing Cloud 2 u2013 Client initiatives u00b7 Transition of applications from legacy agencies into the DCY Salesforce Org. u00b7 Implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Hybrid - onsite is occasional so if outside of the area itu2019s fine. DCY - The Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) is looking for an experienced and ambitious PM to join the team. As a PM contractor, she or he will provide oversight, direction, and guidance to project teams to ensure progress, alignment with business and technical requirements and goals, and monitor timelines across all 4 Big Idea projects. The PM will also drive and oversee the creation of the various governance processes for DCYu2019s Salesforce Program. They will assist in the org setup and manage the planner and activities including oversight, orchestration, coordination, and delegation. This PM will be responsible for working with the project teams across multiple vendors including the Salesforce Strategic Consult hired to assist setting up DCYu2019s Salesforce Org, internal teams, DCY leadership, and program area Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The role is responsible for working with line of business SMEs and key stakeholders to optimize the value IT delivers and to accomplish the Big Ideas. The PM will be responsible for leading meetings, oversee various projects, manager the Salesforce Program plan, develop a program roadmap, facilitate vendor management, and manage risks and issues. PM that also includes: u2022 Provide general project management support which includes developing and maintaining work breakdown structures, assisting project teams with developing and maintaining project schedules, assisting with the requirements definition process, interfacing with technology subject matter experts, working with project managers to drive projects towards on-time completion, within budget and meeting quality standards. u2022 Working with project teams to identify risks and issues. Identifying mitigation strategies. u2022 Conduct status meetings and perform risk assessments, track action items and provide reporting needed by the Division Leadership. Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure high quality and on-time delivery of projects. The Program Manager (PM) oversees, leads, and administers the setting up of DCYu2019s Salesforce Program. The PM is the individual ultimately responsible to the agency. The PMu2019s primary responsibility is to drive the entire efforts for setting up the Salesforce Org, implement DCY ITu2019s Big Ideas, application rewrite, governance, and operations. The PM must ensure that any risks to projects are addressed to assist with timely completion and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements. The PM will provide the following: u00b7 Strategic Planning & Leadership u2022 Define and drive the overall Salesforce program vision, strategy, and roadmap. u2022 Align Salesforce initiatives with business goals and stakeholder priorities. u2022 Lead cross-functional teams in program planning and execution. Program Oversight u2022 Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects and initiatives. u2022 Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation. u2022 Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across Salesforce implementations. Stakeholder Management u2022 Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. u2022 Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritization, and expectation setting. u2022 Communicate status updates, milestones, and issues to senior leadership. Process Improvement u2022 Analyze and improve business processes through Salesforce automation and tools. u2022 Champion best practices in CRM adoption, data quality, and user engagement. u2022 Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and analytics. Technical Oversight (Non-Coding Role) u2022 Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects on technical solutions. u2022 Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the Salesforce platform. u2022 Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.). Change Management & Training u2022 Lead change management efforts to support adoption of Salesforce features. u2022 Plan and coordinate training programs for users and stakeholders. u2022 Support user onboarding and provide enablement resources. Reporting & Analytics u2022 Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for Salesforce initiatives. u2022 Deliver dashboards and reports that provide business insight and value. Skills Matric Required Skills: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study Required project management experience in Information Technology projects and a proven track record of handling multiple projects concurrently Required 7 Years business process analysis Required 5 Years workflow automation Required 3 Years Salesforce experience Required 3 Years Project Management PMP credentials is preferred. Highly desired Experience leading digital workflow automation projects preferred. Highly desired Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
