Overview JOB SUMMARY DETAILS: The Lead/Foreperson oversees and directs staff to ensure all functions are carried out in a productive and timely manner. Lead/Supervise a team of 8 valet staff and 29 parking attendants. Assume day to day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner. Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABMu2019s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits Front Line Team Members ( (Programa de Beneficios de ABM RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to) u00b7 Supervise a team of 8 valet staff and 29 parking attendants u00b7 Train, coach, and monitor employees on safety protocols and operational procedures u00b7 Conduct regular facility patrols to ensure safety and operational standards are met u00b7 Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and clients u00b7 Complete daily safety and maintenance inspections u00b7 Conduct a monthly parking rate survey to stay competitive u00b7 Accurately document and process damage claims as needed u00b7 Support and maintain garage cleanliness and presentation u00b7 Provide assistance to parking attendants with on-the-job challenges u00b7 Assist customers with Pay-on-Foot (POF) transactions and inquiries u00b7 Multitask effectively and provide front office coverage when required u00b7 Cover vacation schedules for the swing shift supervisor; must be flexible with scheduling u00b7 Take initiative during peak hours by supporting exit flow, valet operations, or tandem parking u00b7 Communicate with Parking Team efficiently JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED: u00b7 Minimum of six (6) months of parking operations experience u00b7 Strong ability to think clearly, make sound decisions, and perform well under pressure u00b7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills u00b7 Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance u00b7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word u00b7 Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner. u00b7 Familiarity with SKIDATA equipment and systems is highly preferred QUALIFICATIONS: + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), ten-year work history if available Preferred Qualifications + Customer Service Experience + One year of lead or Lead.supervisory experience + 6 months plus parking operations experience A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
