Sr QNXT Config Analyst Job ID: #00066084291 Location: Remote Work Model: Remote About the role As a Sr QNXT Config Analyst , you will make an impact by leading the configuration and optimization of QNXT systems to support healthcare claims processing and reimbursement. You will be a valued member of our healthcare technology team and work collaboratively with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient system performance. In this role, you will: + Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to determine configuration outcomes and clarify gaps. + Interpret paper contracts for reimbursement and translate them into system configurations. + Troubleshoot and provide remediation or workarounds for claim pend issues. + Configure QNXT for new implementations and maintain existing plan configurations. + Perform backend queries and validate configuration setup to ensure accurate claim processing. + Advise clients on optimal configuration decisions in collaboration with business teams. + Ensure compliance with Medicaid and Medicare program requirements. What you need to have to be considered: + 10+ years of hands-on experience configuring the QNXT system. + Proficiency in creating and maintaining provider contracts, benefits, service groups, fee tables, and policy administration. + Experience with QNXT backend and ability to write SQL queries for analysis and configuration validation. + Strong troubleshooting skills for claim pend issues and defect remediation. + Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs. These will help you stand out: + Experience with NetworX / QCS systems. Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 11/20/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $130K-$155K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
