PositionOverview The Associate Director, Scientific Publications & EvidenceDissemination, will work with the Pipeline team, Medical Affairscolleagues, and cross-functional teams to serve as the Medical Affairslead for publications development. This individual will workcross-functionally to lead the development and execution of Pipelineproduct specific publication plans. In addition, this individual willlead business processes to collate, review, and communicate findingsfrom a portfolio of medical publications relevant to the company andfuture growth of the business. Essential Duties Include, but are notlimited to, the following: Lead the development and execution ofpublication plans. Support evidence gap analyses specific to provideradoption and guideline inclusion for priority products. Lead the timelyand successful development, execution, submission, and publication of aportfolio of medical and scientific publications that support ExactSciences' evidence generation and publication plan objectives. Lead themaintenance and communication of, and adherence to, relevant documentsdetailing publication development best-practices and processes at ExactSciences. Oversee evidence and literature surveillance relevant to MCEDand Colorectal Cancer Screening. Have direct accountability for meetingkey milestones and completing deliverables for all Pipeline productpublications including plans targeted to specific external audiences,such as payor groups, provider segments, and guideline reviewcommittees. Lead publications efforts for product enhancements and/orPipeline product launches. Work cross-functionally to proactively trackand plan for all abstract and/or manuscript development needs across thecompany, including supporting cross-functional strategies and planningefforts. Proactively identify and communicate setbacks or delays to allrelevant parties, including escalating resource gaps and/or timelinesdelays.
