AVP Community Engagement

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Position Summary: Responsible fordeveloping new client relationships through proactive selling andrelationship management, with a particular focus on non-profitrelationship development. The AVP Community Engagement will primarily beresponsible for identifying and establishing new non-profit and smallbusiness clients. The incumbent will work closely with appropriateinternal partners to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and willcontinually look to deepen both new and existing relationships throughreferrals to appropriate business line (Business Service, PrivateBanking. Etc.) Candidate will demonstrate strong sales and relationshipmanagement skills and an ability to work independently. PrimaryDuties/Responsibilities: Develop new business, private banking andpersonal relationships, with a particular focus on developing non-profitrelationships Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of existingbusiness non-profit relationships Serve as a brand ambassador in thecommunity by representing Park Bank at networking events RequirementsRequired Education and Experience Associate's degree or post-secondaryclasses/degree. Equivalent experience will also be accepted. Minimum 3-5year's related experience; or equivalent combination of education andexperience. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree inbusiness or related field. Physical Demands Remaining in a stationaryposition, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Adjusting ormoving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions. Repeating motions thatmay include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Communicating with othersto exchange information.
