Inbound Customer Service Representative - Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and friendly Inbound Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers. The ideal candidate is patient, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping others while maintaining a positive attitude.This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
