Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Manager, Real Estate and Facilities to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $, to $, per year. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies for global real estate and facilities operations. Oversee real estate portfolio analysis, market research, and leasing strategy development. Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and vendor costs to ensure cost-effective execution. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support real estate acquisitions and construction projects. Prepare and present financial reports and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership. Requirements: Demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex global real estate financial projects. Apply strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Lead cross-functional teams and manage consultants and vendors effectively. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and influence decisions through data-driven insights. Navigate real estate trends and portfolio conditions to make strategic recommendations. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or master’s preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial planning, real estate, facilities, or construction. Show experience in managing legal and financial matters related to real estate contracts. Exhibit strong project management skills and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
