Mobile Software Engineer in Test

Piper Companies is seeking a Mobile Software Engineer in Test to join a leading healthcare technology organization based in Morrisville, NC. This role is ideal for a mobile QA professional with strong experience in automation frameworks, Agile practices, and mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms. This is a Contract position requiring on-site work 3 days per week in Raleigh, NC.Responsibilities:Develop and execute both automated and manual test cases for mobile applications on iOS and Android.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand mobile workflows and user scenarios.Build scalable and maintainable test automation solutions using frameworks like Appium.Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with developers to ensure timely fixes and continuous quality improvements.Participate in Agile ceremonies and help evolve QA best practices for mobile development.Qualifications:3+ years of experience testing mobile applications across iOS and Android, with a strong grasp of mobile UI/UX standards.Hands-on experience with Appium and scripting in Java, JavaScript, or C#.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and Git for integrating automated tests into development workflows.Strong analytical and communication skills for collaborating with developers, product managers, and users to define test scenarios and ensure product pensation:Salary Range: $114,000-$128,000Benefits Package: Includes Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave (as required by law), and 401(k) Mobile Testing, iOS, Android, Appium, Test Automation, Manual Testing, Agile, CI/CD, Git, Java, JavaScript, C#, UX#LI-GY1#LI-HYBRID
