Leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership to guide cutting-edge projects, fostering growth and innovation in a dynamic environment.As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking - Connected Commerce Tech, you will be responsible for planning for and tracking to our infrastructure budget. Your role will involve leveraging your data analytics and leadership skills to share infrastructure actual and forecasted spends and to improve process and views across our organization.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsPrepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsEffective communication and presentation skills for both business and technical audiences.Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.Adept at working in globally diverse teams across different time zones and forging relationships with key stakeholders and development teams.Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams).Strong understanding of project management methodologies (., Agile, Scrum) and tools (., JIRA, Confluence).Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in public cloud infrastructure forecasting in a large organization.
