Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We areseeking a bilingual Shipping Clerk for our high-volume flower warehouse and distribution center in the City of Industry. This position plays a key role in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing delivery documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Position Title: Shipping Clerk Pay Rate: $18/hr 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Overtime may be required) Location: City of Industry, CA Special Notes: Training: Temporary 1st shift schedule during onboarding Preferred Location: Candidates should reside between Vernon and the City of Industry Key Responsibilities Coordinate truck deliveries and pickups of fresh-cut flower shipments Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse, and production teams Maintain accurate shipping records and schedules Manage Proof of Deliveries (PODs) for all incoming/outgoing shipments Prepare Bills of Lading and shipping labels Ensure timely resolution of delivery discrepancies Assist in invoice reconciliation with the finance team Uphold compliance with all relevant shipping regulations Provide support to customer service and logistics teams Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) 1+ year of experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic shipping software Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with shifting priorities Interest in career growth and advancement opportunities Other Requirements: Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background pensation$18 - $18
