Position: Janitorial & Parking Lot Maintenance Location: FN Logistics Season: Peak Season (High-Volume Period) Schedule: Flexible hours; weekends or extended shifts may be required Overview: FN Logistics is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to support our janitorial and outdoor maintenance operations during peak season. This role focuses primarily on keeping our large parking lot clean, safe, and well-maintained to ensure a professional environment for employees, visitors, and delivery partners. Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, including removing trash, debris, and discarded materials. Regularly empty outdoor trash bins and replace liners as needed. Conduct routine walkthroughs of the parking area to ensure upkeep and identify any safety or maintenance issues. Sweep walkways, loading areas, and exterior entrances to keep them clear and presentable. Support basic groundskeeping tasks such as removing weeds or cleaning around curbs and sidewalks. Report any hazards, damages, or unusual activity to the supervisor immediately. Assist the janitorial team with additional cleaning tasks as assigned during peak season. Follow all FN Logistics safety procedures, including proper use of equipment and PPE. Qualifications: Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30-50 lbs as needed. Previous janitorial or maintenance experience is a plus but not required. Janitorial When working in a Janitorial position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following: Working independently or in a team to clean, sanitize, and tidy varying workspaces including offices, warehouses, shopping centers or other locations. Safely operating mechanical or manual equipment including vacuums, waxers, mops, polishers, and other standard janitorial items. Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
