Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.Minimum EducationUndergrad or master’s degree (done or in process) in the theological or pastoral field or equivalentEquivalent degrees that will be considered:• Masters or Doctoral degree in nursing• Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology• Masters or Doctoral degree in Social Work• Or meaningful and comparable ministerial-pastoral experience assessed by the CPE center's admissions committee.Required SkillsPersonal commitment to God.Personal integrity, emotional stability, sound physical health, and an ability to work under stress.Effectively relates to persons of diverse religious, educational, and cultural backgrounds.Demonstrates ability to earn respect of nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.Minimum Work Experience• Congregational pastoral experience preferred.
