Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.Assist in all phases of the design processfor aviation environments, from premium lounges to terminal interiorsContribute to elevating the hospitality experience in travel, translating brand stories into spatial experiences that evoke emotion and belongingAssist in preparing design documentation, including drawings, presentations, and sample boards. Ensuring accuracy and consistency under the guidance of senior team membersHelp source materials and furnishings, supporting the team in maintaining design quality and operational practicalityParticipate in team meetings and design reviews, actively listening, asking questions, and applying feedback to improve workContribute to presentation materials, helping organize visuals and content that communicate design intentCoordinate with internal team members, helping maintain project timelines and deliverablesStay curious and engaged, learning about aviation design trends, brand storytelling, and hospitality principlesThis role is an in-office positionDegree in Interior Design or Architecture equivalent3+ years of experienceideally across aviation, hospitality, or luxury commercial sectorsA portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of design excellence — from concept to realizationAn interest in how design enhances the guest experience and brand identityExperience in Revit, and familiarity with FF&E selection, detailing, and documentationEmerging organizational and communication skillsPrevious experience contributing to complex projectsInterest in sustainable design and innovationCorgan creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that bring out the best in ourselves and those around us by sharpening skills, leveraging technology, and encouraging communication.
