Job Title: Operational Manager Job Description The Operational Manager will oversee the cleaning staff by providing them with information and guidance. This role is essential in motivating and engaging the team to ensure high quality and efficiency in our operations. Responsibilities + Oversee and guide the cleaning staff. + Motivate and engage the team to maintain high morale and productivity. + Send out crews each morning and supervise their work throughout the day. + Interview, hire, and onboard employees. + Communicate policies and procedures to employees. + Provide constant feedback through meetings, job site visits, and one-on-one communication. + Bid for jobs and conduct periodic performance reviews. + Manage staff schedules and assign individual responsibilities. + Ensure quality and efficiency of work. + Recognize skill gaps and offer training to improve staff performance. + Handle disciplinary processes as needed. + Collaborate with the management team to determine needs and understand customer expectations. + Help increase profitability. + Perform other duties as assigned.
