Not only do they have to be skilled in the operating room, but they also have to maintain composure and manage a rollercoaster of emotions as the status of their patients could change in the blink of an eye. If you are ready to join a culture driven by passion and talent, here we are What youu2019ll do: + Assist surgeon and surgical team in the OR + Care for patients before, during, and after procedures + Develop and implement nursing care plan for surgical patients + Ensure operating rooms are prepped with all necessary equipment and supplies + Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: + One year on expereince as an RN + Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma + Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas + BLS with skills demonstration Preferred + Operating Room / Surgery expreince highly desired + Bachelors in Nursing Preferred Where You'll Work The Woodlands Hospital a primary and secondary care hospital serving North Harris and Montgomery counties. Clinical services include cardiovascular services, diagnostic imaging, womenu2019s services (digital mammography and bone density studies), neurosciences, pediatric care (Newborn and Level II nurseries) and surgery, pathology and pulmonary services, and sleep disorders. Clinical affiliations include The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Centeru2019s Radiation Treatment Center, and Texas Childrenu2019s Hospital.
