DescriptionThe Alexa organization is seeking a highly organized, proactive and driven Executive Assistant to support Directors in Sunnyvale, California. The Executive Assistant (EA) will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives across the company. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. The EA must be creative, organized, detail-oriented, exercise good judgment, have strong written, verbal and administrative skills. The EA must be able to work in a dynamic, complex work environment and balance multiple priorities. They will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of tasks, assignments and confidential matters with discretion. The EA must demonstrate a strong bias for action by handling administrative matters expeditiously, proactively and professionally to ensure successful completion of assigned projects and tasks.
