Description We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Roseville, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring exceptional client experiences through effective communication, meticulous follow-through, and event coordination. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide administrative support to the associate advisor, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. u2022 Perform general office administration tasks, handling approximately 10% of your workload. u2022 Manage client interactions, including scheduling meetings, preparing for appointments, and following up afterward. u2022 Coordinate logistics for events such as retirement classes, seminars, and other gatherings with attendees. u2022 Serve as the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming and attentive environment. u2022 Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations. u2022 Organize calendars and schedules to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups. u2022 Assist with meeting preparation, ensuring all materials and details are ready for client-facing engagements. u2022 Contribute to the success of events by managing attendee lists and handling logistics. u2022 Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues through strong communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in call centers or client-facing positions. u2022 Proficiency in managing multiple web browsers and handling email correspondence effectively. u2022 Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks without errors. u2022 Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and extroverted personality. u2022 Ability to address connectivity issues and provide solutions promptly. u2022 A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate next steps and adapt to changing situations. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and team members effectively. u2022 Capability to balance calculated risks and facilitate changes when necessary.
