Join us to make legends happen The Tour Ambassador Supervisor reports to the Tour Operations Manager. Essential Job Functions + u2022 Conduct deployment of Tour Guides and Tour Ambassadors at the start of each shift + u2022 Delegate tasks to Tour Guides and Tour Ambassadors in a courteous manner + u2022 Ensure proper staffing and breaks are given to Tour staff as required + u2022 Provide exceptional customer service to visitors of SoFi Stadium + u2022 Maintain a professional image and pleasant demeanor at all times + u2022 Conduct Box Office responsibilities not limited to Tour Ticket Electronic Sales, Ticket Redemption, and any general tour related questions + u2022 Setup and teardown of daily tour operation supplies (Ticket Scanners, Lanyards, Signs, and Field Activities) + u2022 Can learn and deliver the SoFi Stadium Tour according to the operating guideline to Guests in groups of various size ranges. + u2022 Be knowledgeable about all parts of SoFi Stadium that are on the tour route and in the operating guideline + u2022 Facilitate Field Activities as needed + u2022 Lead Tour Guides and Tour Ambassadors during Events at SoFi Stadium + u2022 Facilitate a group getting through SoFi Stadium in a safe and effective way + u2022 Work with fellow team members to keep tour route monitored in an effective manner + u2022 Communicate with teammates and supervisors via 2-way radio + u2022 Ensure safety of all visitors + u2022 Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Ability The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. + u2022 Strong background in customer service + u2022 Can be trusted to act in a manner that is truthful and values direct, honest communication at all levels of the organization + u2022 Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships + u2022 Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly + u2022 Ability to manage appropriate steps to get projects completed; has strong abilities to organize people and processes; can create a plan for resourceful workflow + u2022 Can manage people and resources to get projects completed; has a strong ability to multi-task and keep order. + u2022 Detail Oriented + u2022 Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment + u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills + u2022 Must have computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel. Required Qualifications: + u2022 Must be fully available on Saturday and Sunday. + u2022 Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including early mornings, late nights, and holidays. + u2022 High school diploma or equivalent. + u2022 Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members as assigned. + u2022 Able to communicate effectively; including the ability to receive and deliver detailed instruction. + u2022 Ability to pass a background/drug test Preferred Qualifications: + u2022 Bilingual + u2022 Experience in public speaking + u2022 Customer service background + u2022 Experience TicketMaster Host Physical Requirements: + u2022 Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms + u2022 Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours or more per day + u2022 Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds + u2022 Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision Environmental Working Conditions: + u2022 The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
