~1st Shift - COR - Custodian

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for a campus housekeeping team. As a Custodian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of campus facilities. Starting Pay: $15.50/hour Shift: Varying shifts between 7am-3:30pm and 8am-4:30pm Must work 1 weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday, 8am-12:30pm) Responsibilities: Perform minor cleaning duties, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensure that assigned areas are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion. Handle and dispose of waste following campus guidelines. Lift and move furniture and equipment as needed (heavy lifting) Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Report maintenance issues or any hazards discovered during cleaning duties. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with students, faculty, and staff. Qualifications: Physical ability to lift heavy items such as furniture, on a daily basis Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Must be available to work 1 weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday, 8am-12:30pm).
