Warehouse Supervisor/Dispatcher

Our client is a leading distributor of Lubrication products in Eastern PA. They have a unique need for a Warehouse Lead/Dispatcher to join their team in PALM, PA. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 5:00pm, so there is consistent overtime. NO WEEKENDS.AMAZING Company Benefits Warehouse Lead / Dispatcher Job Purpose: Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing warehouse; Lead warehouse team and Dispatching Deliveries Warehouse Lead / Dispatcher Job Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule Box Truck Deliveries (incoming and outgoing) Take Incoming and makes outgoing calls to schedule inbound and outbound deliveries Scheduling daily delivery routes for Box Truck drivers Reviewing of Daily printed orders and Dispatching Processing of orders delivered. Reviewing of Backorders Daily Load Sheets of each truck File Maintenance is performed after deliveries are made Working with Bulk Plant to schedule transfers with Pumper Trucks & Vice Versa Reporting Daily Inventory Transfers Accurately DPQA (SOPUS Quality Assurance Program) o Assist with execution of requirements and make sure all employees follow. Physical Inventory Accountability Assist with execution of requirements and make sure all employees follow while on location or while delivering. Spill Plan o Spill Plan containment / First Responder. Managing Vehicle Maintenance/Inspections Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. Record keeping. Working with Salesman in scheduling daily / emergency deliveries Use of Fleetmatics/Verizon Connect to route in most efficient manor Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. Responsible for completion of all Warehouse duties (Pulls, Stock and Deliveries) Warehouse Lead and Dispatcher Skills/Qualifications: Leading small-mid size team Dependability / Reliability Reporting Skills Analyzing Information Dealing with Complexity Deadline-Oriented Time Management Equipment Maintenance Organization Proficient MS Office and Computer Skills Good Communication skills with fellow employees and customers Willingness to Learn new and adjustment to responsibilities Quick and Decisive Decision Making Driver Medical Card CDL preferred
