What You'll Do: + Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location. + Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, utilizing problem-solving skills to address the situation appropriately. + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment. + Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity. + Assist visitors and employees with directions, information, and access as appropriate, maintaining a professional and approachable presence. + Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site management. + Follow emergency response protocols when necessary, coordinating with local authorities and/or emergency services if needed. Minimum Requirements: + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driveru2019s license will be required for driving positions only.
