Specializing in rail systems, bus rapid transit, andzero-emission mobility solutions, our experts combine deep technical knowledge withinnovative thinking to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of transit etworks.Together,we'retransforming urban landscapes,reducingenvironmental impact, andconnecting communities throughstate-of-the-artpublic transportation infrastructure.Explore some of our signature public transit projects here.What you'll be challenged to do:As a Project Controls Manager you will provide leadership, direction, and hands-on management support, ensuring the effective reporting and evaluation of projects across the Transit and Rail Market Sector. The position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and supporting the success of strategic initiatives, proposals, and client this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:Work collaboratively with Transit and Rail leadership and lead project control efforts to forecast, analyze, and report out on project performance for the national business line.Lead monthly project and performance reviews with the Deputy/Director of Transit and Rail, to review project portfolios. Assist in identifying revenue recognition issues, potential project risks, and support mitigation strategies.Support regular forecasting efforts, including reviewing and confirming forecasted revenue, cost, net sales revenue, and other financial metrics.Lead reviews of monthly sales revenue and variances; review and confirm the validity of monthly performance with project control staff and operation terface and maintain liaison with project management, clients, and other consultants on project control-related activities.Provide leadership on development of pricing tools and KPI's with project management teams on major projects and programs; project stand-up and reporting; monthly EACs and project performance review; invoices and DSO; and customized reporting.Education Experience:What you will bring to our firm:Minimum of 10 years of combined project controls, scheduling, accounting, and/or controller experience, including experience on transit and rail projects.Experience with advanced scheduling principles using Primavera 6 (P6) and Project.Familiarity with project accounting and general financial management, document management, cost management, change management, and project compliance processes and audits.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Professional demeanor and ability to interact with clients, executives, and multidisciplinary teams.Application deadline is 1/31/2026Featured Benefits:Hybrid (in-person and remote) work prehensive benefits package including wellness programs, parental leave, and pet insurance, in addition to medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.Tax-deferred 401(k) savings petitive paid-time-off (PTO) accrual.Tuition reimbursement for continued mitment to professional development, access to internal and external training programs, and support of active participation in professional organizationsIncentive compensation for eligible pany Overview:At GFT, a privately held AEC firm, we innovate where tr
