You'll work under the supervision of an RN, helping clients maintain independence, safety, and comfort.?Responsibilities- Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, ambulation- Monitor and record vital signs- Provide basic skin care, catheter care, and incontinence support- Light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying)- Document care and report changes in condition- Follow infection control and HIPAA protocols- Offer emotional support and companionship?
