Our leadership includes nationally recognized advocates for affirming care and clinical excellence.What You'll Do as Clinical DirectorOversee and support a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians across multiple client caseloadsLead clinical quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to modern, trauma-informed, assent-based ABA practicesConduct regular clinical audits and performance reviewsProvide clinical mentorship and training for BCBAs, including onboarding and ongoing developmentMaintain a reduced caseload for high-level clinical oversight and modeling best practicesCollaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and therapistsSupport and guide the recruitment and hiring process for clinical rolesDevelop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practicesEnsure fidelity of treatment and supervise use of Rethink Behavioral Health data collectionCoordinate continuing education opportunities and promote professional developmentDeliver ongoing caregiver coaching, oversight of assessments, and treatment planning when neededQualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing2+ years of experience as a BCBA, including supervisory or leadership rolesStrong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentorship abilitiesExperience managing remote and in-person teamsPerks & BenefitsProfessional Growth:Access to continuing education & mentorshipOpportunities for regional leadership and expansionPaid administrative timeBonus structure after onboarding periodWhy Skillful Steps ABA?We are more than just another ABA company—we are a values-driven, clinician-led team on a mission to elevate the standard of care in our field.
