Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)FullShift Staffing is seeking a BCBA for a direct hire placement with our client in Colorado Springs, CO.They're a family-owned business in Colorado Springs that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for pediatrics. They're all about being compassionate, trauma-informed, and working with the family. They are committed to ethical, child-focused care and work-life balance for their staff.About the Role:The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based care using a trauma-informed approach. Therapy is conducted in-center, in-home, and within the community.
