We provide in-home and community-based services, ensuring that every child receives the personalized support they need to thrive. We are looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and make a difference in the lives of children and families. Job Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settingsImplement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBAUse positive reinforcement techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skillsCollect and record data on client progress using our electronic systemWork closely with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy and progress Qualifications & Requirements Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus!)Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and follow BCBA guidanceReliable transportation and willingness to travel within De Valls Bluff and the surrounding rural areasMust pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable) Why Join Springboard ABA?
