About Snowflakes ABASnowflakes ABA is a provider of in-home ABA behavioral therapy for children with autism in Howard, Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Baltimore, and Montgomery Counties of Maryland. We were founded by a mother with an autistic son and provide individualized treatment plans to our clients because, like each snowflake, each child is unique. This position involves working one-on-one with clients to implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA. The RBT helps clients acquire new skills and reduce problem behaviors while collecting data to monitor progress.ResponsibilitiesImplement behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA to address specific client needs.Direct Client Interaction: Work one-on-one with clients in-home to deliver therapeutic interventions.Data Collection: Accurately record data on client progress and behaviors during each session on company-provided tablets. Maintain detailed session notes and logs.Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring new skills, such as communication, social, and daily living skills, through applied behavior analysis (ABA) munication: Maintain effective communication with the supervising BCBA and other team members.
