Whether you're certified or looking to get started in the field, we’d love to hear from you!What We’re Looking For:Education:Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred (but not required)Experience:Experience working with children in a behavioral setting is preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)Training:Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course (can be provided)Certification:Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred (we can help you become certified)Age Requirement:Must be 18 years or olderTransportation:Valid driver’s license and safe driving recordTechnology:Basic computer skills required; willingness to learn and use data collection softwareMust be dependable, consistent, and open to working with various clients and locations as neededSpanish speaker preferred but not requiredKey Responsibilities:Deliver 1:1 therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniquesCollect data on behavior and skill acquisition using provided electronic systems (no personal devices)Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill development goals as outlined by supervising BCBAsComplete accurate and timely session notes; secure parent/caregiver signatures when requiredAttend weekly or as-needed supervision meetings with the supervising BCBA to review client progress and receive feedbackMaintain open, respectful communication with families and caregiversSupport the maintenance of a clean and organized therapy environmentEnsure reinforcement materials are updated and notify BCBA of any needed suppliesRemain focused solely on the assigned client during sessions (not responsible for other children in the home)What You’ll Bring:Passion for helping children reach their full potentialProfessionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethicPatience, positivity, and adaptability in various home and clinical environmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsIND123
