We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics. We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Each patient is treated with compassion and respect at Harmony United Psychiatric Care. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patients' needs.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the office management team, coordinating patient and provider schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to align operational strategies with the organization's mission and long-term goals.Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of experience in the healthcare domain, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, with a proven track record of driving successful strategiesProven experience in practice management, preferably overseeing multiple office locationsBachelors degree is required, candidates with a masters degree will be preferredCandidates with experience in managing mental health clinics will be preferred Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsResponsibilities:Lead and supervise the office management team to ensure efficient and effective administrative operationsManage patient scheduling to optimize appointment flow and enhance patient experienceOversee provider schedules to maximize availability and productivityParticipate actively in the development and implementation of strategic plans to support the organizations long-term goalsConduct regular meetings with senior management to align operational strategies with the organizations overall mission and visionAddress and resolve issues or complaints raised by providers, non-provider staff, and patients promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and proceduresFacilitate communication and collaboration between clinical and administrative teamsCompensation PackageExcellent base compensationQuarterly performance bonusBenefitsHealth, vision, dental insuranceRetirement Benefit: 401K Plan (Retirement): We will match your own 401K plan contribution to Up to 4% match of your annual compensationPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysWork ScheduleFour 10hr shifts per week (Monday - Thursday)Offices open Monday-ThursdayE-Verify Statement:HUPC participates in E-Verify.
