We’re currently seeking a Banquet Cook to join our dynamic food & beverage team.To become a banquet cook, you may need formal education from a culinary school or equivalent cooking experience.You may also need a food handler's cardPrepare ingredients like meat and vegetablesWeigh, measure, and mix ingredientsCook food according to recipes and quality standardsPrepare cold foodsOperate kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and fryersFollow food handling and safety regulationsEnsure food comes out simultaneously and of high qualityClean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and small waresMonitor stock inventory and order supplies when necessaryMaintain and store tools and equipmentAssist with the set-up and plating for meal serviceAssist in the cleaning and organization of walk-in coolers, freezers, and storage areasClean up the station and take care of leftover foodComply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
