Job SummaryThe Treasury Clerk (entry level) is responsible for cash operations entries for most Zachry companies. Handles short-term cash management activities to ensure cash is available in the relevant bank account as planned disbursements are processed. Requires interaction and communication with business unit personnel.This is an in-person position based at our San Antonio, Texas corporate office. Essential Functions Maintain AP third-party systems Assist in preparing Daily Cash Report Prepare and complete bank account reconciliations across all institutions Obtains and organizes bank statements for archival records Wire transfer initiation and support Reconcile undeposited receipts and perform related tasks Investigate and support the resolution of construction-related intercompany balances monthly Perform additional responsibilities as assigned This jobsummary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position. Required Skills & Experience 1-3 years practical experience in large corporate treasury management, accounting and reconciliation processes. A bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, not required Experience with SAP or another ERP system preferred Knowledge of Fraud Prevention and Ethical Compliance Highly detail oriented and organized Capable of effectively managing time in a deadline-oriented environment.
