Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports - including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll and MGM+. All customers, regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not, can rent or buy titles, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.About The RoleAbout YouWe are looking for an analytical, data-driven, resourceful, customer-focused individual who is adept at managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously. You have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers' best interests in mind at all times. You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and can quickly resolve debates. You are an excellent written and verbal communicator who is equally comfortable presenting to leaders and whiteboarding with technical partners.
