Location: What We Offer Our Delivery Drivers: Salary: $25.00 - $26.00 / hour (Salary: $52,800 - $55,000 / year) Pay rate based on experience / qualifications Guaranteed 40-hour workweek. Work/life balance with our consistent daytime schedule. Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 6:00AM-2:30PM.There is a rotation between delivering and staging in the warehouse (Four weeks delivering, two weeks staging.) You prefer a role that is more physical in nature and offers variety in your work. You love being part of a team that values accountability and is aligned to a common goal. A Typical Day on Our Team: You and your delivery partner will make about 8 to 12 local deliveries per day, bringing smiles to every customer you meet. You will enjoy the balance of being outside making local deliveries (?75% of time) and being indoors working in our delivery center (?25% of time)to carefully prepare our customers’ furniture orders and ensure quality. Delivery Driver Requirements: At least 21 years of age (Interstate DOT requirement) Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided) Able to lift/carry furniture products with a team member and proper lifting equipment Able to pass pre-employment requirements: criminal background check, clinic physical, drug screen and safe driving record Room & Board is a place where people can flourish because they can be themselves.
