Quardev is seeking a Network Administrator for a full-time, permanent role with our branded apparel client based in Issaquah, WA. The Network Administrator is the backbone of our client's Network Operations team, driving projects, executing network maintenance, and spearheading device configurations and implementations. From headquarters to Distribution Centers nationwide, they seamlessly navigate administrative tasks, ensuring the network operates at peak performance across the entire landscape. Join us in revolutionizing connectivity!Do you have 4 to 6 years of network support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for building and supporting technology solutions? Do you also have 1-3 years of experience in a desktop support role, helping to resolve escalated, open issues? If so, we'd love to talk to you.Responsibilities: Analyze and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and communication issues using diagnostic tools. Configure and deploy network equipment efficiently. Resolve hardware and software problems, including installations, upgrades, repairs, and removals. Manage Network Infrastructure Support Tickets, serving as an escalation resource for the Service Desk. Assist in network-related projects and tasks. Turn up/turn down ethernet ports as requested by internal customers and Network Engineers. Maintain inventory levels and troubleshoot network issues. Create and update documentation for network configuration, mapping, processes, and service records. Modify and develop physical and logical network maps. Respond to network outages/impacts within established Service Level Agreements (SLA). Provide after-hours network support for scheduled and unscheduled outages and standard patching. Obtain approval for all work on business-impacting IT systems through established change approval processes. Conduct physical visits to remote locations for infrastructure refreshes or support. Participate in compliance activities and On-Call rotation.Requirements: 4-6 years of Network Support experience. 1-3 years of Desktop Support or related experience. Knowledge of Cisco switches and CLI. Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CENT) is preferred. Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for learning networking technologies. Quick response to service impacts; strong troubleshooting acumen. Proactive approach to daily work, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Demonstrated communication strength, conveying technical subjects to various audiences. Enjoys teamwork and actively participates in projects. Strong planning and organizational skills in an agile work environment.Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer.The expected pay rate for this position starts at $80, - $95,/annually, depending on experience.Thank you for considering Quardev.
