CNC Operator - 3rd Shift

A global manufacturer with a modern production facility in Greer, SC is expanding its team and seeking a CNC Operator. This facility specializes in precision-engineered tooling and offers employees a clean, air-conditioned workplace with advanced equipment, career growth opportunities, and long-term stability. 3rd Shift Hours (11:30pm 7am) | Air-Conditioned Facility | Excellent Benefits Role Overview The CNC Operator will set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines in the Geometry Grind Department, ensuring high-quality production through precision machining and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines in the Geometry Grind Department. Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles to maintain accuracy. Perform routine maintenance to maximize machine performance. Support production teams in meeting output and quality standards. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of machining and/or grinding experience. Ability to read and understand blueprints, including GD&T specifications. Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with machine maintenance practices. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and collaborative attitude.
