Enjoy a supportive and inclusive work environment where your ideas are valued, and your growth is encouraged.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Embrace the Miss Lucille’s brand and delight customers with your knowledge of our diverse range of goods.Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer with a smile and prioritizing their needs.Handle retail transactions with accuracy and efficiency using our Point of Sale system.Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter and throughout the store.Assist customers with heavy/large items and ensure their shopping experience is municate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations.Take initiative in identifying opportunities for customer service and store recovery.Physical Requirements:Lift and carry items up to 75 pounds.Stand and walk for extended periods.Use hands and arms to handle objects and maintain steady movements.Have clear vision and speech to interact effectively with customers and team members.Working Conditions:Experience a mix of controlled indoor environments and outdoor conditions.Be prepared to adapt to various environmental factors such as temperature changes, rain, wind, and humidity.Qualifications:Previous retail and customer service experience preferred.Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and typing skills.Availability to work weekends, holidays, and daytime shifts during the seasonal period.If you're enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to be part of our seasonal team, we want to hear from you!Apply now to join the Miss Lucille's family for this exciting seasonal opportunity.
