Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.Position SummaryThe License Eligible Therapist - School/Home & Community Based Services position will provide behavioral health and/or child welfare related services to youth and their families in school, community and/or home settings in order to achieve their identified goals.Education and ExperienceMaster’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or other mental health related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education requiredOne (1) year of related experience highly preferredCommunity Mental Health experience highly preferredMust be knowledgeable of school and social service systems, special education, child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems and community resources highly preferredLicensureMust be License Eligible by the State of Indiana as a Social Worker (LSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFTA) and must have temporary license until LSW, LMHCA or LMFTA becomes ativeOther RequirementsDeep personal commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Aspire Indiana HealthStrong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly confidential information with professionalismMust be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team settingMust be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be flexibleAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlinesMust possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organizationMust have reliable transportation to transport self/others and to attend trainings and/or meetingsBenefitsAspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
