Come, stay, and grow with us.As aLeadBusiness SystemsAnalyst,youwill play a key role inthedesign andimplementation ofDigitalsolutions thattransform the customer experience.You willwork closely withbusiness and technical teamstoidentifyneeds, define system requirements,andensure successfulimplementation ofCommerce and Self-Servicesolutions. Key Responsibilities:Solution Designand Delivery-Collaborate withDigitalstakeholders togather, analyze, and document requirements.Use knowledge of business processes andrelated systems to design efficient solutions that meetbusinessneedsand conform toenterprise standards.Perform system configuration changes andcoordinatedevelopmentefforts.Business ProcessImprovement -Analyze businessprocesses toidentifyinefficiencies, bottlenecks, andopportunitiesfor improvement.Define changes toIT solutionsthat willimproveproductivity, reduceoperatingcosts, or enhancethe customerexperience.Testing-Perform unit tests, createtestplans,andcoordinate testingto ensuresolutionsmeet requirements.Ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards.Stakeholder Communication-Act as a liaison between business and IT throughout the entire lifecycle.Provide regular updates, manage expectations, andensureall parties are aligned and informed.Project Management-Define project timelines and coordinate implementation efforts to ensureprojects are delivered on time and withinbudget. Work with resource managers to secure required resources andfacilitatedemand planning and workload prioritization.Post-Implementation Support -Ensure solutions meetobjectivesby monitoring systemBachelor’s degreein Computer Scienceor related fieldrequired.At least 8years ofSAP Commercesolutionsproject implementation experience.A minimum of 3years ofexperienceleading full lifecycleSAP Commerceprojectimplementations.Strongfunctionalunderstanding ofB2BSalesprocesses and concepts.Proven experience designingend-to-end solutions that drive operationalefficiencies.Demonstrated abilityto produce functional specifications for deliverables of varying size, from small enhancements to large projects.Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, andproficiencyataddressingcomplexchallenges.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior management.Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distributionprocesses and data structures preferred.Working knowledge ofmiddleware solutionsandintegrationconceptsa plus.SAP Commerce Cloud Certificationa plus.Compensation:This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $108,000-$141,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
