The ECS headquarters team provides key support for its electrical and mechanical companies, including finance and accounting, human resources, legal, national purchasing and information technology. ECS HQ is based out of McLean, Virginia. However, candidates in other locations and meeting the requirements below may be considered.Compensation Range: $110,000 - $125,000This position is bonus eligible.SUMMARYThe Vista Technical Analyst is responsible for providing IT support for Vista ERP to both ECS and the local IT support groups at our 50+ Operating Companies. Reporting to the Vista Technical Support Manager, this position will troubleshoot Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical issues, liaison with ERP and Implementation teams as necessary, and see problems through to resolution. The Vista Technical Analyst is also a key participant in implementations and migrations of software which integrates with the Vista ERP. This position is based in McLean, Virginia. Other duties may be assigned.Deliver excellent IT support for Vista ERP to ECS Operating Companies through exceptional customer serviceMonitor environment performance and proactively troubleshoot errors and issues, including user portal and reporting environmentsTroubleshooting login and access problemsSet up and maintain service accountsMonitor and test backup environments regularly including participation in after-hour maintenance as neededImplement and maintain appropriate security in database environmentsInstall and integrate third party software including Spreadsheet Server, purchasing softwareDevelop and test customizations and move them into productionEnsure test environments closely approximate production environmentsParticipate in implementation and migration projectsDevelop tools and automations to enhance operational efficiencyEnsure server infrastructure is maintained to EMCOR standardsProvide training and support to administrators at Operating CompaniesEnsure compliance with EMCOR Change Management standardsParticipate in departmental projects as needed Participate in acquisition activities as neededAbility to travel as business needs arise.
