Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary and Responsibilities Performs a fitness assessment on patients as required. Develops individualized exercise plans based on patient's goals. Performs fitness assessments and goal modifications as required. The position Provides support and education to meet patient's goals for risk factor modification. must assess patients for symptoms, EKG changes and contraindications to exercise and education on risk factor modification. Job Requirements + Bachelors of Science Exercise Physiology + 12 week internship or one (1) year of related work experience + Basic Life Support Where You'll Work The Woodlands Hospital a primary and secondary care hospital serving North Harris and Montgomery counties. Clinical services include cardiovascular services, diagnostic imaging, womenu2019s services (digital mammography and bone density studies), neurosciences, pediatric care (Newborn and Level II nurseries) and surgery, pathology and pulmonary services, and sleep disorders.
