Call Center/Member Services Specialist

ember Services Representative 8a-5pm Monday-Friday Medford, MN $18.50-$22.00/hour depending on experience Responsibilities: Assist members over telephone or in-person with questions, concerns, and complaints they have Document all calls accurately and appropriately Assist with benefit questions, locations of providers, pharmacy issues, etc. to ensure best continuum of care possible Be aware of and comply with all Federal, State, and County laws and regulations related to health care services Initiate contact with new members to verify receipt of new member materials and to inform them of other health and wellness services available to them Perform other duties as required within scope and responsibility of the job Qualifications: Prior experience with customer service or call center (1 year or more) Knowledge of Spanish and/or Somali languages a plus.
