As a Survey Technician, you’ll play a pivotal role behind the scenes, transforming raw data into accurate plats, easements, and deliverables that make major development projects possible. What You’ll Do Draft survey drawings for boundaries, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and plats using AutoCAD. Support licensed surveyors by preparing submittals for state and local jurisdictions. Assist with data reduction, file management, and project documentation. Use tools like Trimble Business Center, Excel, and Word to keep projects on track. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in survey drafting. AutoCAD expertise (Trimble Business Center familiarity is a plus). Detail-oriented mindset with knowledge of Missouri survey standards.
