Job Opening: Full-Time Bookkeeper - On-Site | Bend, Oregon We’re hiring! A well-established company that has proudly served the Bend community for over 40 years is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position—remote or hybrid work is not available. About the Role As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting our operations. You’ll be responsible for: Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Handling payroll and commission reports Preparing financial data for our CPA Maintaining and updating records in FileMaker Utilizing QuickBooks Online at an advanced level (ProAdvisor preferred) Creating and transforming price sheets using Excel and FileMaker Qualifications High School diploma required; some college or equivalent work experience preferred Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and FileMaker Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A sense of humor and a team-player attitude are highly valued!
