Position Summary The Treasury Analyst (TA) will be primarily responsiblefor the tasks supporting the Bank?s funding, hedging, advance pricing,and liquidity management functions. The TA will work primarily with theCapital Markets Manager (CMM), the Liquidity Manager (LM) and theFunding Manager (FM) to ensure that the Bank?s funding and liquidityfunctions are fulfilled effectively and efficiently and within theBank?s policy and regulatory framework. The functions include tradeentry, pricing, reporting and analysis. The TA may also be asked toassist the Member Funding Desk with member inquiries and booking advancetransactions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with afinancial and/or quantitative background who demonstrates a thirst forlearning. Solid interpersonal skills, coupled with effectivecommunication techniques, must be demonstrated, along with an emphasison attention to details and the ability to manage own time to meetcompeting deadlines. Work hours/Schedule: During training, which maytake a few months, the daily work schedule will be 7:45am to 5:15pm,Monday through Friday. Once fully trained and notified by management,the schedule will shift to 7:45am ? 4:45pm or 8:15am ? 5:15pm dependingon coverage and responsibilities for a specific day. Education ? Degreein finance or economics preferred or relevant work experience (includinginternships) ? Advanced degree or work towards an advanced degree a plus? CFA or work towards CFA a plus Experience ? 1-4 years of relevant,professional work experience is the expectation. Banking or corporatetreasury experience would be a plus. ? Demonstrated experience in acustomer service role and comfort using various modes of communicationto effectively communicate and complete assigned work is expected.
