Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney with a strong background in immigration law to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an opportunity to manage a diverse range of cases, including family immigration, work visas, and removal proceedings. Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage a high volume of immigration cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal standards. u2022 Represent clients in family immigration matters, work visa applications, and removal proceedings. u2022 Prepare and draft legal motions, briefs, and other documentation necessary for case progression. u2022 Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather and analyze case evidence. u2022 Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration law and procedures. u2022 Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure efficient case management and resolution. u2022 Maintain detailed case records and documentation to support legal proceedings. u2022 Utilize bilingual Spanish skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. u2022 Stay updated on changes and developments in immigration laws and policies. u2022 Advocate on behalf of clients in administrative and judicial hearings when necessary. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an immigration attorney. u2022 Licensed attorney with authorization to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. u2022 Proficiency in civil litigation processes and procedures. u2022 Strong skills in drafting legal motions, briefs, and other case documentation. u2022 Solid understanding of immigration law and related legal frameworks. u2022 Experience conducting discovery and analyzing case evidence. u2022 Bilingual fluency in Spanish to support client communication. u2022 Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
