JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description YOUR ROLE: As a Product Discovery &Adoption Partner focused on instrumentation, you'll work at theinterface of engineering, science, and market insight. You'll identifyand define opportunities for new instrument concepts, translate customerneeds into design criteria, and guide products through early validationand adoption. You'll use AI and machine learning to inform designdecisions, anticipate use patterns, and refine early-stage adoptionstrategies-helping Promega bring intelligent, connected systems to life.YOUR EXPERIENCE: You likely have a background in mechanical, electrical,or biomedical engineering and hands-on experience with scientificinstrumentation, system integration, or automation. PD&As bridge scientific discoverywith commercial realization, ensuring Promega innovations advancecustomer breakthroughs while achieving the desired business impact. COREDUTIES: 1. Innovation Discovery & Customer Insight Actively identify,characterize, and validate specific customer archetypes andmission-limiting unmet needs across Promega's customer base (academicscientists, clinicians, diagnostic labs, pharma/biotech, CROs). Collaborate with R&D to orient discovery and opportunity framing aroundthe mission of these archetypes, ensuring innovations address not justsurface needs but deeper blockers to scientific progress. Seek andsynthesize insights from diverse sources including but not limited to AIsources, field teams, Promega scientists, Marketing Teams, customers,competitors, and literature into coherent product visions.
